Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following situations:

The product received is damaged.

The product received is defective.

Wrong item delivered.

Product missing parts or accessories.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Product photos/videos

Clear explanation of the issue

Products must be:

Unused and in original condition

Packed in original packaging

Returned with all accessories and tags

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used products

Products damaged after delivery

Customized or personalized items

Clearance or sale items

Items without original packaging

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

Estimated refund timeline:

UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days

Bank Transfer / Cards: 5–7 business days

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI only

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We offer replacement/exchange only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours after delivery.

Shipping Charges

If the return reason is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be covered by Lugaro Shop.

For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
